found another one of the signs scattered around the house. This time it's the turn of First Flight , short story written in 1996 and beautifully illustrated by Pompey De Vito.

The version published here is renovated and retains only the original drawings. The text has been rewritten and added color, title and lettering. Authors are restyling Flavio Chiumento (color) and Fabio Salvitto (lettering), to whom go my thanks. (GF)

SOUL THERE IS A HUGE DOG ...

DESIGN shown above was given to me by Kenny Rogers in the late afternoon of November 3, 1991. I met this extraordinary musician outside the headquarters of a radio Milan, after about two hours of waiting.

When I asked for a drawing, Ivan said he would have made a dog, because it was a lot to him.

"The dog ..." with me now for eighteen years. Of all the gifts that Kenny Rogers has given me and continues to give me, in the form of songs and emotions, this is for me the most valuable, not only because it has a personal aspect, but mainly because it testifies to an unforgettable encounter.
